Mr. Zachary Arney serves as Principal Associate (Contracts and Proposal Manager) at Shabas Solutions LLC. He has over 15 years of experience managing U.S. Government-funded awards, with oversight of portfolios exceeding $100M, and has extensive practical experience with various contracting mechanisms, including IDIQs, CPFF, T&M, and FFP contracts, as well as grants and cooperative agreements. His expertise includes contract administration, acquisition and procurement policy, budget management, prime contract and subcontract negotiation, and compliance training. At Shabas, Mr. Arney manages proposal development and oversees the full lifecycle of existing contracts, maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
Mr. Arney received his undergraduate degree in International Studies from Trinity Western University, and his Master of International Affairs degree with a focus on Economic and Political Development from Columbia University.
