Mr. Garrick Davis, MPA, PMP a Senior Associate at Shabas Solutions LLC, is a former Presidential Appointee and FINRA compliance principal with over 20+ years of total experience.
Mr. Davis is an accomplished organizational leader with significant policy and program development experience in both public and private sectors focusing upon implementation, strategic planning and complex problem-solving. He is a results-oriented Project Manager using Agile and Hybrid methodologies in planning and executing high-visibility operations contracts within federal agencies, with specialized emphasis on customer satisfaction, cross-functional communication, process improvements, and the growth of team contributors to meet customer expectations and help expand organizational success. Prior to joining Shabas, Mr. Davis was Policy Consultant for America’s Homeowner AllianceTM, Legislative Director for Economic and Finance Policy at National Urban League Policy Institute, and Policy Analyst at The White House – Executive Office of the President supporting the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
Mr. Davis received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University in Political Science and Government and master’s degree in Public Administration from University of Pennsylvania.
