Shuvam Mishra, BBA, is a Business Process Improvement and Strategy Manager for the corporate department at Shabas Solutions LLC. Shuvam has been working in Federal Consulting since 2015, starting as a video editor with Shabas in support of HHS Form video tutorials to ensure that anyone using the forms was able to understand the requirements necessary. After graduating from James Madison University in 2019 with a degree in Computer Information Systems, he began working at Accenture Federal Services in support of Department of Education as an Environment Manager. During his time there, Shuvam managed preproduction incident troubleshooting, using JIRA and Confluence to create a structured incident resolution process that was integrated into the agile processes that multiple technical teams participated in. By working with Operations, Front and Backend Developers, and Infrastructure Engineers, Shuvam was able to implement new processes with reduced cycle times and more transparent KPI’s that resulted in a continuous improvement feedback loop.
Shuvam transitioned back to his roots at Shabas in 2025 as a Business Process Improvement and Strategy Manager to help implement modern and upcoming technologies within the small business to create a scalable and efficient IT infrastructure solution for services delivery and business development organization.
