During her career, Ms Jha has been responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations for Shabas such as Team Building, Human Resources, Personnel Benefits, Team Facilitation, Training/Development, P&L Management, Financial Reporting, Budget Planning/ Preparation, and Cost Control , established ISO 9001:2015 for Corporate Processes, maintain Facility Security requirements according to the NISP and DSS, and help develop 1- and 3-year business plans for strategic growth. Her diverse career path includes past affiliation with Bank of America, Fairfax County School System and Inova Hospital. Ms. Jha holds a B.S. in Medical Technology from Georgia State University / Emory University Hospital, Atlanta.
