Manager (People, Culture and Operations)
Ms. Mirvat Suleiman, PHR, SHRM-CP , serves as Manager (People, Culture and Operations) at Shabas Solutions LLC. She is a passionate and effective customer service-focused professional in HR and Talent Management and high-performance organizational design. She brings over 16+ years of progressive experience with human resources management at multiple government contractors and prior to that in healthcare organizations including a large hospital system. She is an expert in managing high volume recruiting, benefits administration, corporate operations such as ISO auditing, and increasing employee engagement through communication and outreach. At Shabas, Ms Suleiman is responsible for supporting Shabas’ growth in domestic and international accounts.
Ms. Suleiman received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from University of Mary Washington.
